For FECs & location-based entertainment

You do not need a giant park to need better operations data.

A family entertainment center can still have many attractions and guest touchpoints, lean staffing, maintenance needs and a lot happening at once. ParkScope Business helps keep the important exceptions visible without adding unnecessary enterprise complexity.

  • Know what needs attention. See incidents, staffing gaps, unavailable units, overdue maintenance and data-health exceptions together.
  • Measure the operation. Use ridership, capacity, wait, attendance and reliability context to understand performance.
  • Keep safety structured. Add your inspections, findings, qualifications and acknowledgements without replacing your standards.
  • Grow without starting over. Add integrations, Workforce, Gate and multi-park capabilities as your organization grows.

Standalone by design

ParkScope Business runs as its own operating platform.

Your Business workspace, tenant data, identity, web tools, iOS workflows, integrations, notifications and operational records do not require a guest-facing ParkScope connection. Optional supported public publishing is separate and only enabled when an organization chooses it.

Your operation is the system of record Staffing, maintenance, incidents, safety, attendance, schedules, ride units and operational notes remain in the Business tenant and its configured data sources.
Bring your own sources Use supported integrations, imports and direct operator reporting without needing data from a consumer application.
Opt-in is explicit If an organization later enables a supported public-publishing workflow, that is a separate choice. Internal operational records stay private unless a specific supported workflow says otherwise.
One platform, different operating scales

Use what fits your operation.

A smaller venue can keep things simple, while larger operators can add more access controls, integrations and cross-park visibility when they need them.

Independent / FEC

Keep the floor visible.

Focus on attractions, staffing, ridership, incidents, maintenance, attendance and the operating metrics that matter to a lean team.

  • Simple park workspace
  • Exception-first readiness
  • Optional Safety, Gate and Workforce areas
Regional / Destination Park

Keep departments working from the same operating picture.

Give operations, maintenance, safety, analysts and leadership the views and access that fit their responsibilities.

  • Role and feature permissions
  • Fleet, maintenance and safety history
  • Attendance, capacity, reliability and data health
Multi-Park / Enterprise

See the portfolio without merging the parks.

Compare supported operational signals across licensed properties while each park keeps its own underlying records.

  • Enterprise Portfolio views
  • Enterprise single sign-on options
  • Organization-level governance and audit history
