Common fixes

Most issues are resolved with a quick refresh, a stable connection, and the latest app version.

Refresh data

If waits or hours look stale, fully close and reopen the app, or pull to refresh where available.

Check permissions

Using nearby parks or visit tools? Confirm location permission is enabled in iOS Settings.
