Refresh data
If waits or hours look stale, fully close and reopen the app, or pull to refresh where available.
Check permissions
Using nearby parks or visit tools? Confirm location permission is enabled in iOS Settings.
Update the app
Updates often include fixes for park feeds, reliability data, and UI improvements.
Report issues & send feedback
If something looks wrong — incorrect waits, missing attractions, unusual closures — the fastest path is a support report with park, attraction and approximate time.
